So our topic for this video is "how is the #automation changing the type of #talent you need? " so while the demand for #techskills has been growing since 2002, they're set to gain pace in the next 10 years. The increase in need for social and emotional skills will also accelerate. On the other hand, the need for physical and cognitive skills will be on the decline. The skills needed for jobs in manufacturing require people who understand how technologies work and can innovate, develop and adapt them. Demand for higher cognitive skills, such as creativity, critical thinking and complex information processing, will grow by 19% by 2030. Despite manual and physical intensive skills will decline, they're expected to still remain the largest category of workforce skills. Here's just one example of how a I will change the processes in a particular industry. Automation and a. I. Will change the interaction among patients and healthcare professionals. The demand for care providers such as nurses will continue to see growth, while the demand for all the support staff will see decreases because of automation of tasks related to record keeping and administration, we will see a. I. Take over routine tasks and require staff to have more advanced technological skills. All in all, the talent needed for future jobs and projects will need to involve the ability to adapt and keep up with innovations within their work.
